Charlie Rose recently had an hour-long special celebrating the greatest of all writers in the English language – Shakespeare.

I especially like Harold Bloom’s comment likening secular Shakespeare to the literary authors of our monotheistic religions – he’s in the same league.

In the last two minutes he addresses what Saddam would have done to the Arab Spring. (The short answer: “Saddam would have slaughtered them.”)
